Vehicle Condition
All vehicles must be roadworthy. Any known defects must be disclosed prior to collection.
Delivery Times
While we aim to meet all agreed timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays. We will always inform the customer immediately if a delay occurs.
Damage & Inspection
Vehicles will be inspected upon collection and delivery. Any existing damage must be noted and signed off before transport. We are not liable for mechanical failures unrelated to the delivery process.
Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection will incur a fee, which is 100% of the agreed movement charge. Significant delays caused by the dealership will also result in additional charges of £15 per 30mins.
Vehicle Weight Limit
We only transport vehicles up to 1.6t GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight). Driven deliveries can be anything under 3.5t.
Keys & Documentation
All necessary keys, documents and charging cables must be provided at collection. We are not responsible for missing items not supplied at the collection point.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to direct loss or damage caused by negligence during the delivery process. We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential loss. Our insurance covers vehicles up to £100k.
